In looking at the overall business plan and processes involved on a daily basis there are many times when an original document is created but it has to go through a number of departments before a final document is produced. One of the reasons that I like our Imanage Document Management program is because it can trace where things have come from, who has worked on it and what additions were made and then eventually what the final outcome looks like. If at anytime I do not like a step that happened I am able to pinpoint exactly where that step took place.
